My current body of work is the culmination of several safaris in Africa as well as the observation of birds in their natural setting. I love connecting with nature, it brings me great pleasure and peace of mind and reminds me of our place in the web of nature.
It is not common to see them represented in artistic works as a protagonist, or isolated as the main subject, as they are precious and unique. I have the pleasure to present you my continuous series “The World’s Animals”.
They are portraits of wild and domestic animals, my attempt to bring animals closer to man. In the end we are all members of a great biological web, a web full of threads that do not divide us but connect us in a beautiful ways. As living, loving creatures, they are basically like us, and we are like them.
